What type of legacy can you leave?

After taking care of your family and loved ones, you can leave a vital legacy for the future of our country through a gift in your Will to the Liberal Party of Australia, NSW Division. There are different ways of doing this.  As a Will is a legal document, we advise you engage a solicitor to assist. You may like to consider using our Free Will Service.

Options for leaving a gift in a Will to the Liberal Party of Australia, NSW Division include:

  • Whole estate
  • Residual of estate - the remainder of your estate (the residue) after all debts, charges and gifts have been deducted
  • A fixed amount of money or percentage of your estate
  • Specific gift - an asset (other than money). This may include property, assets and shares
