Liberals commit to Brush Farm Park upgrades

An elected Dutton Liberal Government will commit $650,000 to upgrade Brush Farm Park in Eastwood – home of the Eastwood Ryde Netball Association.
These upgrades will ensure that the netball courts are resurfaced and irrigation is improved.
Liberal candidate for Bennelong, Scott Yung, said that enhancing recreational facilities, like those available at Brush Farm Park, would continue to support the growth of local sport in Eastwood for decades to come.
“These upgrades will ensure that our athletes and sporting stars of the future have access to safe and high-quality surfaces,” said Mr Yung.
“I’m pleased to be backing projects which will make a material difference for young people and families here in Eastwood.”
Shadow Treasurer, Angus Taylor, praised the announcement, highlighting the importance of community infrastructure and the strength of Scott Yung’s determined advocacy.
“Scott will be a strong local voice for Bennelong because he understands the needs of local families and is prepared to fight on their behalf,” Mr Taylor said.
“This investment in Brush Farm Park is about more than sport—it’s about strengthening the local community, supporting young people and making sure families have access to safe and high-quality recreational facilities.”
